IP Brief Announcement

Submitted by Griffin Barnett on June 1, 2012 – 12:01 AM5409One Commenthttp%3A%2F%2Fwww.ipbrief.net%2F2012%2F06%2F01%2Fip-brief-announcement%2FIP+Brief+Announcement2012-06-01+04%3A01%3A24Griffin+Barnetthttp%3A%2F%2Fwww.ipbrief.net%2F%3Fp%3D5409

Dear IP Brief Community:

It is my pleasure to announce a new online feature called “The Short Circuit,” a brief bi-monthly (for now) summary of important intellectual property-related decisions handed down by the United States Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit. We wanted to provide a new case-oriented format tailored to the needs of IP practitioners as a component of our efforts to bring our readers daily intellectual property news analysis and commentary. We hope this feature will serve those needs.

Our first-ever Short Circuit will be available here on the ipbrief.net homepage on June 5. Please let us know how you like the feature and what we could improve upon. As always, thanks for reading the American University Intellectual Property Brief, and ipbrief.net.

Sincerely,

Griffin M. Barnett
Editor-in-Chief, 2012-2013
